01. Crowther Lab
The Crowther Lab produces the scientific foundations that make global ecosystem restoration possible. By mapping and measuring the Earth’s ecosystems at unprecedented scale, the lab develops the datasets that guide restoration, inform policy, and unlock new investment in nature.
What began as a research group has grown into a global network of scientists working toward a shared goal: a world where people and nature can thrive together.
02. Restor
Restor translates scientific discovery into tools that decision-makers can use. The platform connects ecological data with the people restoring ecosystems on the ground, from governments and organisations to millions of local land stewards. When nature becomes the most informed and practical choice, restoration can scale across the planet.
03. SEED
There is no location on the planet where a degraded landscape is more valuable to local people than a thriving one. The SEED Index is the world’s first holistic, globally-standardised metric for any organisation to measure the "health" of biodiversity. It compares a piece of land to its original, wild state and gives it a score from 0 to 1. 1.0 = A perfectly healthy, natural ecosystem and 0.0 = A completely degraded site.
Mission: By giving nature a clear "score," reward the local communities who are doing the hard work of protecting it.
04. BRANCH Institute
BRANCH Institute is a nonprofit, collaborative research hub that connects universities, NGO’s and missioned organisations into one coordinated ecosystem. BRANCH ensures that science does not just stay in academic papers. It becomes action. It becomes policy. It becomes on the ground change.
